QUÉ SE ESCONDE TRAS LOS ESCÁNDALOS DE EVASIÓN FISCA
¿Se han preguntado ustedes por qué razón, estos últimos años, se han revelado tantos y tantos escándalos de evasión fiscal en paraísos fiscales, por parte de ricos, multimillonarios y grandes corporaciones?
Posiblemente, la mayoría de gente lo vea con indignación y sea precisamente, esa indignación, la que le impida hacerse las preguntas pertinentes o adquirir una perspectiva más amplia de los hechos.
El mensaje que se nos repite como un mantra, por parte de todos los medios de comunicación, es que “se tiene que perseguir la evasión y el fraude fiscal” y que si “no hubiera tantos evasores fiscales, nuestros estados podrían funcionar mucho mejor”.
Y el mensaje, obviamente, es cierto.
No obstante, todo lo que estamos viendo, como por ejemplo, los escándalos de los “Panama Papers” o de los “Football Leaks” de turno, no aparecen por casualidad.
Cumplen una función: están sentando las bases para el Nuevo Orden Mundial.
Es una operación a gran escala, cuyo objetivo es reconfigurar la economía y la sociedad a medida de las élites, pero consiguiendo a la vez, la conformidad total y sumisa de la propia sociedad para ello.
Un mundo en el que las multinacionales tendrán un control total y absoluto sobre nuestras vidas y cuyo poder estará por encima del de los estados.
Y lo más grave es que van a conseguir que la población lo aplauda como un logro.
Estos son los pasos que creemos que está siguiendo esta operación a gran escala…
1. LA CRISIS
El primer paso indispensable, ha sido crear una gran crisis internacional, basada en el endeudamiento de los estados occidentales.
Los estados, especialmente los europeos, se han visto incapaces de afrontar sus obligaciones para mantener el conocido como “estado del bienestar”.
En estos momentos, muchos países no pueden financiar la sanidad, la educación, el mantenimiento de las infraestructuras, la seguridad, el pago de las pensiones, etc…
Como consecuencia directa de esta crisis de deuda de los estados, han empezado a producirse privatizaciones de las funciones públicas, que recaen en las grandes empresas multinacionales de forma paulatina.
Eso ha provocado una oleada de descontento social y críticas al establishment político, que se presenta, no solo como corrupto, sino como ineficaz.
2. EL CULPABLE
Ante la situación de crisis de los estados y su incapacidad para hacer frente a sus obligaciones, ha empezado a presentarse un culpable de forma insistente: la evasión y el fraude fiscal.
Se nos ha empezado a vender el argumento de que “si no hubiera fraude fiscal, el estado podría afrontar todas sus funciones sin problemas”.
De esta forma, se culpa de muchos de los efectos de la crisis al elevado nivel de evasión fiscal, tanto de individuos como de empresas, así como a la economía sumergida.
Los medios de comunicación juegan un papel indispensable y el tema se convierte en protagonista tanto de mítines políticos como de tertulias periodísticas, todos vomitando la misma consigna, repetida como un mantra hipnótico: “se debe perseguir el fraude fiscal, se debe perseguir el fraude fiscal…”
Coincidiendo con este mensaje, empiezan a aflorar gran cantidad de fraudes, evasión fiscal y paraísos fiscales, la mayoría impulsados por asociaciones periodísticas de ámbito internacional que “aparecen de la nada” y que disponen de una “mágica” capacidad para recibir de forma incesante, todo tipo de filtraciones de información financiera.
Así es como vemos desvelarse todo tipo de chanchullos a gran escala, desde el escándalo de los “Panama Papers”, hasta los escándalos de evasión fiscal de futbolistas de los “Football Leaks”.
3. EFECTOS INMEDIATOS
El primer efecto que ha tenido la “persecución de la evasión fiscal”, ha sido sido empezar a perseguir los pagos con dinero en efectivo en todos los países del mundo.
El objetivo que se plantea en el horizonte inmediato, es acabar eliminando el dinero en efectivo y sustituirlo por los pagos electrónicos y con ello, acabar con la libertad de movimiento de los ciudadanos.
Esta eliminación del dinero en efectivo, se realiza de forma paulatina y diferenciada en cada país, dependiendo de su situación y características propias.
Así, en España, hemos pasado de poder pagar cualquier cantidad con dinero legal en efectivo, a ver como se prohibían los pagos superiores a 2500 euros, y ahora los superiores a 1000 euros, presuntamente, con el objetivo de perseguir “la economía sumergida”.
Paulatinamente, esa cantidad se irá reduciendo, al mismo ritmo en que se vayan implementando los métodos de pago con dinero electrónico, de manera, que al final, no se pueda pagar ninguna cantidad con dinero en efectivo, y todas las transacciones se deban hacer de forma electrónica, para tener así un control y un monitoreo total sobre las actividades de todos y cada uno de los ciudadanos, de forma automática, instantánea y fácilmente rastreable.
Es decir: control y esclavitud total para todos y cada uno de nosotros.
¿Pero cómo se consigue que la población acepte sin rechistar la imposición de estas cadenas?
Pues muy fácil: castigando primero a los más ricos y generando la ilusión de una presunta “justicia social”…
4. CASTIGOS EJEMPLARES
Aquí es donde adquieren pleno sentido las acusaciones de fraude o evasión fiscal hacia personajes ricos y famosos.
Dos buenos ejemplos de ello, lo tenemos en los dos mejores futbolistas del planeta: Messi y Cristiano Ronaldo, cuyas revelaciones de fraude fiscal, están circunscritas en gran parte a esta maniobra global de manipulación (aunque cabe destacar que ambos casos tienen diferencias de trato entre sí, debidas a los conflictos de intereses a nivel local del país).
Estas revelaciones, como otros muchos fraudes desvelados relativos a personajes célebres, ricos y poderosos, buscan implantar la siguiente idea en la mente del ciudadano medio:
“Si a tus ídolos no se les permite evadir fiscalmente, a ti tampoco. Si a ellos, que son ricos y poderosos los perseguimos, tú también tendrás que aceptar el control sobre todas tus actividades económicas”.
Y si alguien protesta y aduce que se está ejerciendo un excesivo control y represión sobre la clase media o los más humildes, le responderán: “No tienes nada de lo que protestar. La ley se ha aplicado primero a los más poderosos, que parecían intocables”.
Como vemos, es una jugada maestra a escala psicológica.
5. EL NUEVO PAPEL DE LAS GRANDES CORPORACIONES
Asimismo, también estamos viendo como salen a la luz las evasiones fiscales y los fraudes de las grandes empresas y corporaciones.
A medida que vaya persiguiéndose la evasión de las grandes corporaciones, lo que sucederá finalmente es que estas empresas acabarán pagando los impuestos correspondientes.
Y no solo eso: los paraísos fiscales a los que evaden, también serán perseguidos y acorralados, e irán cayendo uno tras otro, de forma paulatina.
Pero no caerán todos.
De hecho, el dinero de esos paraísos fiscales, será trasladado a nuevos paraísos fiscales, muchos de los cuales estarán situados en EEUU; recordemos el ejemplo de los nuevos paraísos fiscales norteamericanos impulsados por la familia Rothshild, que denunciabámos en el artículo ¿QUÉ SE ESCONDE REALMENTE TRAS LOS “PAPELES DE PANAMÁ”?
Y a estos nuevos paraísos fiscales, nadie tendrá acceso gracias a ese agente de los Rotschild y los Goldman Sachs, recientemente situado en la Casa Blanca llamado Donald Trump, que al mantener un férreo proteccionismo y no firmar ningún tratado multinacional, no adquirirá con ello, ningún compromiso para revelar datos al respecto.
¿Cómo se justificaría que EEUU firmara un tratado comercial de gran calado con otros países y a la vez tolerara que en su país se evadieran impuestos perjudicando los intereses de sus socios comerciales?
Esa es una de las principales razones por las que estas élites han puesto a Trump en la presidencia y se ha paralizado la participación de EEUU en los grandes tratados comerciales.
El mandato Trump, coincidirá con toda la cascada creciente de revelaciones de evasiones fiscales y la posterior eliminación de todos los paraísos fiscales, y será el periodo idóneo para el traslado del dinero a los paraísos fiscales de EEUU, gestionados muchos de ellos por los Rothschild y compañía.
El gobierno de Trump representará pues, un paréntesis antes de realizar las reformas correspondientes al gran cambio que se avecina; el paréntesis permitirá realizar maniobras a gran escala, como la creación de los nuevos paraísos fiscales o las últimas inyecciones de dinero y poder en masa a las grandes petroleras, para que puedan afrontar, bien reforzadas, los cambios que se deban realizar después y que exigirán de ellas, una transformación profunda en una era post-petrolífera.
Pero volvamos al argumento central.
La cuestión es que finalmente, las grandes corporaciones transnacionales pagarán los impuestos correspondientes.
¿Y qué significará eso?
Pues que los estados quebrados, incapaces de afrontar por ellos mismos los gastos del “estado del bienestar”, DEPENDERÁN de forma explícita del pago de impuestos de estas multinacionales para mantener el sistema en pie.
¿Y qué nos venderán entonces los medios de comunicación y los periodistas y tertulianos pagados para vomitar propaganda?
Pues nos venderán la idea de que “si usted cobra la pensión, dispone de una educación gratuita, tiene carreteras, trenes o dispone de seguridad social, es gracias al dinero que pagan estas multinacionales con sus impuestos”.
Y puesto que ellas serán las que mantendrán con sus impuestos las funciones propias del estado y dado que los gobiernos seguirán siendo ineficientes e incapaces de hacerlo en solitario, la idea que nos venderán finalmente será “que lo lógico es que la gestión de todo lo público sea compartida con estas multinacionales”.
Dicho de otra manera: el resultado final, será entregarle el poder a las multinacionales y subyugar totalmente a los gobiernos a sus designios.
Las grandes empresas tendrán el control de facto de los estados y gestionarán todo el ámbito público, en una especie de gestión mixta entre lo privado y lo público (aparte de grandes secciones del ámbito público que serán directamente privatizadas sin ningún reparo, como ya está sucediendo).
Pero evidentemente, eso provocará protestas sociales. Los movimientos sociales saldrán a la calle y denunciarán que “no podemos entregar el poder del estado directamente a las multinacionales”.
Sin embargo, este argumento se enfrentará con lo que nos venderán como una realidad tangible e indiscutible: “que los estados no pueden mantenerse sin la aportación indispensable de las multinacionales”.
Y ante esta dicotomía, entrarán en escena los agentes sociales y políticos de izquierdas que las élites ya han creado y situado ex profeso para cuando llegue el momento. Sí, esos grupos de personas de la “nueva política” que van en mangas de camisa y llevan coletas o incluso rastas y que de forma tan sospechosa han tenido libre acceso a los platós de televisión para llegar a las masas y escalar políticamente.
Ellos aportarán “la solución” y nos dirán que: “las multinacionales que ahora gestionan todo lo público, deben aceptar tener un cierto grado de supervisión directa por parte de la población”; nos dirán que “en los consejos de administración de las grandes corporaciones, deben haber representantes del pueblo, (es decir, ellos mismos), que defiendan los intereses de las clases medias y populares”.
Esto permitirá colocar con buenos sueldos a los que ahora se presentan como “revolucionarios de la nueva política”, tener una disidencia controlada conformada por personas cuya máxima aspiración será acceder a dichos puestos de privilegio y finalmente, otorgarle una carta de soberanía total a las multinacionales para que hagan literalmente lo que les de la gana y actúen como el gobierno de facto, puesto que el pueblo, teóricamente, ahora tendrá representación directa en sus puestos directivos y podrá monitorear sus actividades (no hace falta decir que todo será una gran patraña)
Así pues, el estado y las multinacionales, se fundirán en una misma cosa y todo funcionará desde una lógica empresarial y tecnocrática, basadas en la eficiencia y el balance de resultados.
¿Creen que la población no aceptará que sus estados sean gestionados como una empresa, dirigida por grandes empresarios o gestores a los que adorar como los nuevos amos?
La idea para que la población acepte este concepto, acaba de ser implantada: se llama Donald Trump, y ha sido puesto como líder del país más poderoso de la tierra, bajo el lema de que “él hará ‘America Great Again’”, porque “la gestionará como una empresa”.
¿Lo ven? Nada es casual.
Por lo tanto, los crecientes escándalos de evasión fiscal que florecen de forma misteriosa e incesante en estos últimos meses, cumplen con una función concreta y buscan alcanzar un objetivo final: lo que conocemos como Nuevo Orden Mundial, en el que todos estaremos sometidos a la esclavitud total de los pagos electrónicos rastreables y donde las élites tendrán un control total y absoluto sobre todas y cada una de nuestras actividades como individuos.
Y esta, es solo una de las múltiples maniobras a gran escala que se están produciendo…como ya indicamos en anteriores artículos, las revelaciones de los grandes escándalos de pederastia, la aparición de todos esos “héroes” tipo Assange que filtran datos ocultos de los grandes gobiernos, todas las corrupciones políticas que salen a luz, o los ascensos de presuntos líderes alternativos “por sorpresa”, no tienen nada de casual: todo forma parte de una gigantesca maniobra de transformación del sistema, para llevarnos a un Nuevo Orden.
Todo ha sido dirigido y todo tiene una función que cumplir y un objetivo que alcanzar.
Desgraciadamente, detrás de cada una de las “revelaciones” que vienen produciéndose últimamente y que mucha gente interpreta como una “victoria sobre el mal”, se esconde un nuevo mal y un conjunto de oscuros objetivos.
